We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Christian Carrillo to the position of Help Desk Technician in our managed IT services department. Christian is working on his Bachelor of Science degree in network operations and security from Western Governors University with an expected graduation in 2024. He holds the following certifications: CompTIA Security+ and ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management. Chris comes to us from the United States Air Force, where for four years, he distinguished himself as network administrator with an active secret clearance, and as an executive communications technician. He is experienced with providing support for both classified and unclassified networks. He'll be reporting to Masis Parseghian.
