We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Timo Peltonen to the position of Help Desk Technician in our managed IT services department. Timo earned his bachelor of science degree in cybersecurity and information assurance from Western Governors University in 2021. He holds many IT security certifications. Timo comes to us from the Los Angeles Police Department, where for sixteen years, he distinguished himself as team lead, and as a department instructor for counter-terrorism. He was engaged in all phases of police work, including training officer, undercover operations, search warrants, and narcotics operations, criminal surveillance, and crime analyst. He also served in the United States Army as a chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) specialist. He'll be reporting to Masis Parseghian.

While growing up, he became fascinated with computers, and this interest led him to eventually start a business to help his clients manage their information technology and cybersecurity programs. When he is not working, he is working out, cooking, reading, dancing, or spending time with his children.
